Some Misc shots from June

The summer has gone by too fast!

And we have been having fun!

We moved into the new house at the end of June... the hottest day of the year in fact...
We are all settled in and all that really needs to be done is to have shelving put up in the garage so that the spare room can be emptied of all of the random storage stuff. The driveway and landscaping is still in need but that wont happen till the Elmwood house sells (long story, sore point, dont ask)

Seth is sooo big and is constantly amazing us with the stuff he is learning and what he picks up all on his own. He now says Atticus and loves to feed him. He puts his toys and shoes and clothes away like a big boy. He loves to get wet and swim and take baths (we may have a future swimmer).

We went to the zoo a couple weeks ago and Seth LOVED that. He was sooo excited for every exhibit. Sadly there were no big cats and not very many monkeys. We will have to go back when they are back in the zoo.

We also went to the fair and he was in love with all the rides. There werent many to go on because he was too little but he loved it anyways and cried anytime we tried to take him off of the rides.

This last weekend we went to the beach (Seth's first time) and he didnt quite know what to think about it. He loved the water but I think the sand was a bit overwhelming. He kept trying to run to the waves so we had to be on our toes the whole time. It was a blast though.

I am going to try and get tons of pictures up this weekend :)

Very behind, busy happenings....

We have been so busy with work and with getting the house ready that I have overlooked updating the site. Here are some pictures from April. Seth is learning sooo much in these last few months.

Very Belated Birthday Post

This is very late in coming... now that Seth is 14months I am getting to his 1st birthday pictures Seth's before shot and the before shot of the cake... nice and cleanAt first he wasnt too sure about it. It took a little coaxing to get him to try it.Getting a little help from Peyton and Jonas. MMMM. Cake.Seth afterwards and the cake afterwards. He ended up breaking out a bit from the icing, but it was fun and worth it.

A pirate ship!! Soo cool!! Jan, Issac, Kim, Seth, Krystal & Peyton. We have a picture of the three of us and the babies when they were tiny and a picture of us pregnant with them too. So to continue that we took this picture. It was hard to get us all looking at the same time.

Belated Feb Happenings

Just wanted to post some new pictures. I still need to upload his first birthday pictures. I will do that soon! In the meantime....

Seth's new favorite thing to do is pull the toy bin out and sit in it!

Small update

Not too much of an update this time, more of just picture sharing. Seth and I both are sick. He shared his germs with me. How nice of him huh??

Seth's first hair cut.

He really needed it! His bangs were getting a bit too long and the hair in the back a bit shaggy. He seemed to find the whole experience fun, especially getting to sit in the truck.

He did a really good job sitting still except for when he wanted to see what she was doing to his head :) And then he had to check out his new do in the mirror at home.

Seth turns 1 in just 3 days!! We cant believe how fast a year went by. I will upload pictures after the party! So check back next week.

Christmas was a blast

We cant believe that it is already the middle of January!! We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. Seth's first Christmas was a delight for him and us! Having a baby at Christmas time really makes it more joyous. I was actually anxious again. When I was little I would be so anxious for all of the presents under the tree. As I got older that lessened and now that we have Seth, that anticipation for presents came back! Not for myself but for Seth's gifts!- hehe.

First we had gifts with my side of the family on Christmas Eve. There were soo many presents under our tree! Seth was definitely well loved (aka spoiled!)

Opening his first gift. Seth quickly figured out that there were toys inside and couldn't wait to play with them. Which, by the way, why are they so hard to open? There are a million twisty ties in those packages! It is insane!

On Christmas day we opened presents with Tanner's family. By then, Seth was a pro!
